Milk Chikoo Kesari (Milk Sapota Kesari):Healthiest Sweets/ Low calorie sweet
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp rava or semolina
½ cup water
½ cup low fat milk
1 tsp jaggery powder
1 chikoo
Preparation Method of Milk Chikoo Kesari:
In a pan take about 1 tsp of ghee. Add 2 tbsp of rava and stir till it changes color to a little light shade of brown.
Add in the ½ cup of water and stir continuously.
Add in the 1 tsp of jaggery powder and stir.
After that add in the ½ cup of low fat milk
Beat chikoo in a mixer with a little water.
Add this chikoo paste to the pan till well incorporated.
You may add 3- 4 raisins. (optional).
