Chocolate Banana Cake

You may be wondering how to lose weight fast or the best way to lose weight while still being able to enjoy some of your deep "chocolate" cravings. So how about we mix your love for chocolate and cake in a healthy chocolaty cake banana version. It's simple to make and quick too.


Time Taken to prepare: 15 minutes

Baking time: 30 - 35 minutes

Level: Easy


Ingredients:


Dry Ingredients

1 cup of whole wheat four

1/2 cup of cocoa powder

3/4 tsp of baking powder

3/4 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of walnuts finely chopped


Wet Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas

1/2 cup of honey

1 tbsp of jaggery

1 tbsp of coffee in 1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of milk

3 tbsp of butter (at room temperature)

1 large egg

2 tbsp of yogurt

1 tbsp of vanilla extract


Preparation Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degree celsius.

2. Grease the baking dish with butter.

3. On top of that, put a little whole wheat flour on the baking dish and spread evenly without touching the dish.

4. Incorporate all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

5. Whisk all the wet ingredients together in a different bowl.

6. Gradually pour a little of the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient bowl and mix till the whole batter is poured and well incorporated.

7. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish


Voila! It's ready!

This is an essential weight loss tip. Whenever you are preparing things like cake or any sweet for that matter even though with a healthier formula variation like the one suggested above, it is best to make it in smaller quantities. Thereby you are able to satiate your craving and not over indulge at the same time.
