Different versions of Chicken Curry exist in not just Indian but most South Asian Cuisines. Chicken is an excellent source of lean proteins and is good for weight loss when eaten without the skin and excess fats. Apart from protein, chicken is also chock full of calcium and phosphorous. Both these minerals help keep your bones healthy. Eating chicken regularly also cuts the risk of arthritis. Obviously eating the deep fried variants will not benefit you as much as eating it curried, grilled or even steamed. Chicken curry is so popular in India that it has even found its way to movie titles such as Chicken Curry Law or Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana.
